Dr.JANTHIRA KAEWSRITHONG is currently a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Science and Fishery, Faculty of Science and Technology. She has been an academic staff member in this faculty since 1994. In 2001, she earned her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from the Tokyo University of Fisheries, Japan.

Her expertise and research areas are in Food Science and Technology. To date, she has published 7 Scopus-indexed papers, accumulating over 100 citations and an h-index of 4.
